TAPA EMEA's 25th Anniversary Annual Conference in Düsseldorf

Celebrating Security and Excellence: FET Logistics at TAPA EMEA's 25th Anniversary Annual Conference in Düsseldorf

FET Logistics was proud to attend the 25th Anniversary Annual Conference of TAPA EMEA, held in Düsseldorf, Germany, marking a milestone in the global fight against cargo crime and the ongoing pursuit of supply chain resilience.

This prestigious event brought together leading voices in supply chain security, logistics, and risk management from across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. It served as a platform to reflect on TAPA's vital role over the past quarter-century and to set a strategic course for the future of secure logistics.

Harry Hughes Represents FET Logistics on the Q&A Panel

FET's very own Harry Hughes, Responsible Person and co-leader of the business, was invited to speak on the Logistics Service Provider Q&A Panel. With years of experience in the pharmaceutical logistics sector, Harry brought valuable insights into the importance of GDP-compliant processes and real-time visibility when managing high-value, time-critical shipments. His contributions to the panel underscored the critical role specialist logistics providers like FET play in protecting product integrity and ensuring customer peace of mind.

Frederick Woolley Awarded Honorary Membership

A true highlight of the conference was the presentation of an honorary TAPA EMEA membership to our founder, Frederick Woolley. This recognition was awarded for his outstanding contributions to supply chain security and his decades of dedication to creating a gold standard in secure logistics operations.

Frederick's pioneering work in designing one of the earliest advanced vehicle tracking systems was a turning point for the industry. His innovation not only protected goods in transit but also inspired widespread adoption of technology-driven security protocols that have since become standard practice across the sector.

This honour stands as a testament to Frederick's enduring legacy, which continues to guide our operations today through our family-run ethos and commitment to excellence.

A Proud Moment for FET Logistics

Our participation in the TAPA EMEA conference reflects FET's deep commitment to TAPA standards and our ongoing drive to raise the bar for secure logistics across Europe and beyond. As we expand our operations, including our recent launch in the Netherlands, we remain steadfast in our mission to deliver high-value, secure, and time-critical pharmaceutical and clinical trial logistics solutions.

We thank TAPA EMEA for a memorable conference and for recognising the contributions of both Harry and Frederick. FET Logistics looks forward to the future with renewed energy and an unshakeable commitment to quality, compliance, and innovation.
